Health is wealth, say again, health is wealth. A healthy lifestyle is the most precious attribute. Without health, there is no meaning. What the quote mean that for if you're healthy---age is just a number, is that healthy people lives longer. You want to live longer? If yes, then there are a lot of steps needed to be taken to maintain a healthy lifestyle.........Always keep yourself clean, neat and tidy all the time. Eat a balanced diet. Do some exercises.
