Besides the disease mentioned in the previous blogs, I would like to say about a disease.............Heart disease. This illness is too broad, as it has many types. Usually people say heart attack, right? But in terms of science, it does not called as heart attack. Is called heart disease. Let me tell you one of them...........Ischemic heart disease. It is heart damage caused by narrowed heart arteries. This is also called coronary artery disease and coronary heart disease. When arteries narrow, less blood and oxygen reach the heart muscle. This can lead to heart attack. Ischemia can cause chest pain or discomfort known as angina pectoris. Other symptoms can comprise of pain in upper body, shortness of breath, sweating, indigestion that may feel like heartburn, nausea or vomiting, dizzy or lightheadedness, fast or irregular heartbeat. Ischemia is most likely to be happened when heart needs more oxygen and nutrients than it’s getting or it can’t keep up with the body’s increased demand for blood. This can happen when you are active, stressed, cold or excited. To prevent ischemic heart disease, maintain a healthy lifestyle is compulsory. Avoid all tobacco products. Taking prescribed medications for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. Stop Ischemic heart disease, we are fine........Thank you.
