I write this as I read an article about a quiet 14-years old teenage boy slaughtered a 16-years old teenage girl. So frightened after looking at this. To prevent murder, public awareness is compulsory. Government ought to tighten law crucially by giving hefty fines, jails and more punishments for murderer. No murder, the world is peaceful and safe.
