The highest mountain in the world-----Mount Everest

This mountain is known locally as  Sagarmāthā in Nepal and Qomolangma in Tibet, and is Earth's highest mountain above sea level. It lies in the Mahalangur Himal sub-range of the Himalayas and marks part of the China–Nepal border at its summit. Its height was most recently measured in 2020 by Chinese and Nepali authorities as 8,848.86 m, that is also equals to 29,031 ft 8.5 in. It becomes a key attraction for many climbers, comprising of highly experienced mountaineers. There are two main climbing routes, one approaching the summit from the southeast in Nepal (a.k.a the standard route) and the other from the north in Tibet. While not posing substantial technical climbing challenges on the standard route, it presents dangers such as altitude sickness, weather, and wind, as well as hazards from avalanches and the Khumbu Icefall. What is the name of the mountain? It is----------Mount Everest. I write this because I saw a news recently saying about the tourists who trapped in Mount Everest. That is so awful! To prepare before climbing Mount Everest, physical and technical trainings are required. Cardiovascular conditioning is needed to build endurance. Make sure strength and flexibility are in good condition to improve body overall functions and prevent injuries. When training to climb a mountain, crampons, ice axes, rope management, glacier travel and crevasse rescue are the most prominent things for it. Thank you.
