  Ingvar Kamprad was a Swedish billionaire businessman who founded IKEA in year 1943 and grew it into a multinational retail company that became the world's largest furniture seller in year 2008. He moved to Switzerland with his Swiss wife in year 1976, moving back to Småland in year 2014 after her death in year 2011.

  As I mentioned before, challenges are the "synonym" to crisis. What I mean them is that the expected, or unexpected things that can be happened in the world, around own self, or others. But, when you want to escape from them, they block you, just like an infamous ghost story at Karak highway, Malaysia, about a Phantom Yellow Volkswagen Beetle that blocks cars, or someone whenever they want to flee themselves, and a boy who asked to search for his mother after an accident while going to school..............Scary, right? But, don't be scared of them, just face it, they become your peers. No peer pressure! No escape! Just make it and you will earn your credit.................
