Matthew Slotover is an English publisher and entrepreneur. He co-founded Frieze, a media and events company that has a focus on the art scene and that also produces the annual Frieze Art Fair. in 2021 he co-founded Toklas restaurant, London, and in 2022 he opened Fort Road Hotel, Margate.
Today, I am going to share with you what is graffiti. It is writing or drawings made on a wall or other surface, usually without permission and within public view. Modern graffiti is a controversial subject. In most countries, marking or painting property without permission is considered vandalism. Graffiti is distinguished from murals, an often permitted form of street art.
