Compassion

You can make people feel valued or cared for by design alone. It's not purely about money. It's about how we choose to value human experience.

Thomas Heatherwick is an English designer and the founder of London-based design practice Heatherwick Studio. He works with a team of about 250 architects, designers and entrepreneurs from his studio in King's Cross, London. Thomas Heatherwick's projects, many of which have won design awards, include the UK pavilion at Expo 2010, the renovation of the Hong Kong Pacific Place, the Olympic cauldron for the 2012 Summer Olympics and Paralympics, Vessel in New York City, and the New Routemaster bus. The Garden Bridge over the Thames in Central London was cancelled.

This quote tells us that doing things require human experience. And, because of human experience, we win as we gain something. For example, last year, after I finished my middle school final exam, I, who was going to search for a part-time job while waiting for the result, before that, my mother taught me that searching for a part-time job not only for money, but most important, is, human experience!
