What is sleep apnea? It is a common condition that occurs when breathing obstructs and restarts many times while sleeping. This can hinder the body from getting enough oxygen. There are two types of sleep apnea, which are obstructive sleep apnea and central sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea, or OSA, occurs when your upper airway becomes hindered many times while you sleep. The blockage can mitigate or fully stop airflow. This is the most common type of sleep apnea. Factors such as obesity, large tonsils, or changes in your hormone levels can narrow your airway. Any of these factors could gain risk for obstructive sleep apnea. When it comes to central sleep apnea, it happens when brain does not send the signals needed to breathe. Health conditions that affect how brain navigates airways and chest muscles can cause central sleep apnea. To prevent sleep apnea, as usual, a lot of procedures need to be taken. Breathing gadgets, like continuous positive air pressure (CPAP) machines, and lifestyle alterations are common sleep apnea treatments. Get enough quality sleeps. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Reduce the usage of alcohol and tobacco. No sleep apnea, worries will be gone away........Thank you for considerations..........
